It is said that if you want to manifest your desired self, you must act as her. Not tomorrow. Not when the bank account looks different or when the weight finally melts off or when life gets a little lighter. No, the moment you decide, you begin.
So this is me deciding.
I have lived too long in versions of myself that felt like survival: stretching, shrinking, folding myself small to fit into what was expected of me. But there is a version of me, older, wiser, richer, freer, who is waiting for me to fully step into her skin.
This manifesto is my map. My declaration. My reminder. This is the woman I am becoming, and, in truth, the woman I already am.
1. How She Moves Through the World
She doesn’t rush.
She walks into every room as if she belongs there, because she does. Her presence is felt before she says a word, not because she’s loud, but because she carries herself with a calm authority that doesn’t need performance. Shoulders back, chin soft but lifted, eyes steady.
When she speaks, her voice is clear, warm and intentional. She doesn’t fill silence with nervous chatter. She knows silence can be power.
Her movements are deliberate. She doesn’t fidget, doesn’t stumble. Even when she’s unsure, she chooses poise. She takes her time with meals, with conversations, with decisions. She isn’t driven by panic, but by purpose.
2. How She Dresses & Adorns Herself
Her clothes are not about labels, but about quality. A silk blouse over synthetic chaos. Tailored trousers over ill-fitting bargains. A wardrobe that whispers elegance, not screams for attention.
She invests in fabrics that love her skin: linen, silk, wool, cotton. She knows that quality clothing is a declaration of self-respect. She doesn’t hoard; she curates.
Her jewelry is chosen, not excessive, not random. A gold bracelet that feels like an heirloom. Simple studs that catch the light. A ring that reminds her of her own worth.
She wears perfume not to attract, but to anchor herself. Scents that smell like abundance, warm, layered, unforgettable.
Her nails are clean, manicured, even when bare. Her hair is healthy, styled with care. Her skincare is ritual, not routine. She treats her body as a temple, not an afterthought.
3. Her Health: Physical, Mental, Spiritual
Physical:
She moves her body not out of punishment, but out of devotion. Yoga, Pilates, walking, swimming, activities that tone, strengthen, and elongate. She nourishes herself with meals that are both vibrant and grounding. Vegetables, fruits, proteins, water. She doesn’t eat from scarcity or guilt, but from love.
Her body is at her desired weight, toned, strong, radiant. Not because she starves it, but because she listens to it.
Mental:
She protects her mind. She doesn’t entertain gossip or chaos. She reads, journals, reflects. She speaks affirmations not as clichés but as truth. She invests in her learning, books, mentors, coaches, courses. She doesn’t feel guilty for growth.
Spiritual:
Her mornings begin in prayer or meditation. She lights candles, speaks to God, listens to her intuition. She practices gratitude not as performance, but as oxygen. Her faith is her grounding. She trusts that what she asks for already exists, and she aligns herself with it daily.
4. Her Relationship With Money
Money flows to her because she treats it with respect.
She doesn’t chase it, she attracts it. She doesn’t hoard it, she multiplies it. Every shilling, every dollar, every coin is welcomed, blessed, and given an assignment.
She pays her bills with gratitude. She invests without fear. She saves without scarcity. She gives generously but with discernment.
She doesn’t entertain lack talk. She doesn’t joke about being broke. Her language around money is one of abundance, always.
She knows she is not her bank balance. Wealth is her identity, not just her circumstance.
5. Her Business & Work
She is a visionary. She doesn’t grind endlessly, she delegates, she builds systems, she creates value that works even when she sleeps.
Her businesses are aligned with her values. They carry her name, her essence, her standard of excellence. She shows up for them not out of desperation, but out of love.
She attracts the right clients and customers because her work is magnetic. She doesn’t beg; she embodies. She sets her prices with confidence, knowing her worth is non-negotiable.
She balances her businesses with her life. She doesn’t burn out, because she knows she is the source. She takes time off, travels, restores, then returns sharper and clearer.
6. Her Home
Her home is her sanctuary.
It smells of candles, fresh flowers, good meals. Every corner whispers peace. Minimal clutter, maximum warmth. Quality furniture. Art that tells stories.
Her bedroom is a retreat. Her bathroom, a spa. Her living room, a place of both laughter and deep conversation. Her dining area, a place where meals are savored slowly.
She honors her home with care. She cleans not with resentment, but with reverence. And when she doesn’t feel like it, she delegates.
7. Her Relationships
She surrounds herself with people who elevate her, not drain her. Friends who challenge her, love her, celebrate her wins without jealousy. Mentors who stretch her. Partners who honor her.
She doesn’t beg for love. She doesn’t cling to what diminishes her. She sets standards and lives them. She is both soft and firm, tender and unshakable.
In love, she is adored. She is pursued with respect, not games. Her partner sees her not as competition, but as a queen beside him. She does not settle.
8. How She Travels
She travels often, not as an escape, but as an expansion. New places feed her creativity. New cultures expand her perspective. She travels in comfort, whether driven, flying business class, or staying at boutique hotels that breathe with character.
Even when she can’t travel far, she creates beauty where she is, local trips, staycations, hidden gems in her city. She knows abundance is not always miles away.
9. How She Eats & Drinks
She eats mindfully. Fresh produce. Vibrant meals. Quality ingredients. She isn’t extreme, but she is intentional. She doesn’t overindulge, but she also doesn’t restrict in fear.
Her table is always set beautifully, even for one. She drinks water like it’s sacred. She enjoys wine or cocktails socially, but never needs them.
Food is not rushed, it’s ritual.
10. Her Motherhood
She is present, patient, and loving with her child. She models abundance, self-love, and confidence. She doesn’t martyr herself in motherhood; she mothers from overflow.
She provides a home of peace and possibility. She gives her child experiences, travel, education, love, not just survival.
She knows being a good mother also means being a fulfilled woman.
11. Her Daily Rituals
- Morning gratitude and prayer.
- Movement: yoga, stretching, walks.
- Quality meals.
- Dedicated time for business growth.
- Rest periods, tea breaks, journaling, reading.
- Connection with loved ones.
- Night rituals: skincare, prayer, reflection, early sleep.
She builds her day with intention, not accident.
12. Her Car & Transport
She is driven in comfort. Her car is clean, reliable, spacious, a statement of ease. She drives when she wants, but often prefers being driven, so she can work, think, or simply rest.
Her car smells of good perfume, has soft music playing, and reflects the calm she carries.
13. Her Voice & Words
She speaks slowly, clearly, with intention. No frantic explaining. No over-sharing. Her words are sharp but kind, powerful but graceful.
She speaks affirmations into her day. She speaks blessings into her money. She speaks encouragement into her child.
Her language is abundant, never lacking. She doesn’t curse her life with careless words.
14. Her Legacy
She knows she is not just living for today. She is building a legacy, businesses, investments, children, memories and a name that carries weight.
She thinks in decades, not just days. She asks herself often: What do I want my grandchildren to thank me for? And then she lives accordingly.
Becoming Her
This is not just who I want to be. This is who I am.
Every day, in every small decision, the way I dress, the words I choose, the boundaries I set, the meals I eat, the company I keep, I am becoming her.
Not overnight. Not all at once. But consistently, intentionally, with reverence.
I don’t have to wait to be rich to live richly. I don’t have to wait for abundance to embody abundance. I don’t have to wait for power to carry myself with power.
She lives in me already. And every day I let her breathe a little more.
